摘要
利用四球试验机和扫描电子显微镜,考察了硫脲和磷酸酯复配后的抗磨效果,并对钢球磨斑形貌和摩擦表面的元素组成进行了分析。四球结果表明,硫脲和磷酸酯具有良好的协同抗磨效应。电镜能谱分析表明,硫磷型复合极压剂水溶液在摩擦表面与Fe发生化学反应,生成一种含硫磷的化学反应膜。
The Compounded Aw effect of the sulphide and phosphate ester is examined by means of four-ball tester.The form of the steel ball wear sopt and element composition of the rubbing surface is analysed by Scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result of the four-ball tester showed that the sulphide had better synergism with phosphate ester.SEM analysis indicated that the S-P type EP agent added in water could form a chemical reation film with Fe which contained S and P on the rubbing surface.
