摘要
本文介绍了硫磷型N320中负荷工业齿轮油的研制及应用。该油以华北-大庆原油的润滑油馏分作基础油,加入少量的硫磷极压抗磨剂等添加剂调合而成,符合AGMA 250.03EP规格,可满足煤炭、水泥等行业的齿轮传动设备润滑要求。
The preparation and application test of phosphorus-sulfur type N320 medium load industrial gear oil are described in this paper. This oil is formulated with the refined lube fractions from Huabei-Daqing crude oils as base stock with a small dosage of phosphorus-sulfur EP additive, etc .The quality of the formulatedoil comforms with the requirements of AGMA 250.03EP specification and meets the lubrica- tion requirements of gear transmission machines in coal and cement industries.
