摘要
合成了一种新型的无灰防锈剂PN 1。考察了这种防锈剂对硫磷型车辆齿轮油防锈性、铜腐蚀性和极压抗磨性的影响,并进行了台架实验。结果表明:该防锈剂具有较强的防锈性能,极压抗磨性能较好,适用于调制高档车辆齿轮油。
A new type of ashless anti-rust agent PN-1 is synthesized. The effects of this agent on the anti-rust property, copper-corrosion resistence and EP/AW property of the automotive gear oil of sulfur-phosphorus type are investigated. The results of the bench test show that this kind of anti-rust agent has good anti-rust property and EP/AW property,applying to formulate automotive gear oils with high-quality.
