摘要
利用高速逆流色谱法从雷公藤植物粗提物分离得到一个化合物。两相溶剂体系为正己烷/乙酸乙酯/甲醇/水(2∶3∶3∶2,V/V/V/V),水相作流动相,有机相作固定相。经单晶X-衍射分析确定该化合物为雷酚内酯异构体。晶体参数为:晶体为正交晶系,空间群为P2(1)2(1)2(1);晶胞参数为:a=0.71913(10)nm,b=1.25227(19)nm,c=3.5786(5)nm;晶胞体积为V=3.2227(8)nm3;Z=8。
One compound was isolated from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. F. (TWHF) by highspeed counterourrent chromatography (HSCCC). The solvents used in HSCCC were consisted of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol and water by the ratio of 2: 3: 3:2 (V/V/V/V). The aqueous solution was the mobile phase and the organic solution was the stationary phase. The structure of this compound was identified as the stereoisomer of triptophenolide by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Crystal data of this compound was found as follows:orthorhombic,space group F2( 1 )2( 1 )2( 1 ) ,unit cell dimeusions:a =0.71913(10) nm,b = 1.25227(19) nm,c =3.5786(5) nm;V=3.2227(8) nm 3;Z =8.
