摘要
以氯仿:甲醇:NaN_2PO_4缓冲液(pH5.4)=27:20:13为溶剂系统,上相为固定相,下相为流动相.从中药苦参的总生物碱中共分得10个成份,其中9个与碘化铋钾试剂反应生成桔红色的化合物.还用高效硅胶薄层板验证了分离效果,并用MS证实了其中的苦参碱成份.
High-speed countercurrent chromatograph was successfully applied tothe separation of alkaloids from the root of sophora flavescens ait with a two-phase-solvent system composed of CHCl_3:CH_3OH: 2.3×10^(-2)mol/L NaH_2PO_4(pH5.4)=27:20:13 and ten chemical components was obtained. Identification of each alkaloid wasmade by HPTLC. Sophocarpidine was verified by MS.
