摘要
针对抽头式CO2 气体保护焊机,设计了单片机控制系统,论述了这种控制系统的组成和工作原理.该系统实现了焊接规范参数的数字控制.试验结果表明:采用实心和药芯焊丝焊接时,规范参数稳定,电压偏差平均值不大于1 V,规范调节灵活。
A new single chip microcomputer control system is designed for CO 2 gas shielded welder with tap welding transformer. The configuration and operation principle of the system is introduced, a digital control of welding condition parameters is realized by using this system. The experimental results show that these parameters are dynamically stable using solid and cored wires, regime adjustment is flexible, and anti interference as well as power surge resistance are robust.
