摘要
研究设计了以TMS320F240为核心的IGBT逆变焊机控制系统.介绍了DSP最小系统、SCI、SPI电路,并且结合DSP输出的PWM波形,设计了专门的分频电路.说明了DSP开发环境和CCS的使用及DSP软件的开发.分析了COFF文件、命令文件、头文件的特点和系统软件的功能,采用模块化软件设计方法,实现了逆变焊机的数字化控制程序.试验结果显示系统电路工作可靠、控制容易,体现了数字化焊机的优越性.
A control system of IGBT inverter welding machine based on TMS320F240 was designed. DSP minimum system, serial communication interface,serial peripheral interface circuits were introduced. According to the output PWM waveform from DSP, a special circuit was devised for dividing one PWM pulse into two. The DSP development environment,usage of CCS,and the way to develop DSP software were illuminated. And the characteristics of COFF files, command files and head files were analyzed.The function of system software was also analyzed.A digital control program for inverter welding machine was realized by using modularized software design method. Experimental results indicated that the circuit is reliable and the control is easy,showing the superiority of digital welding machine.
