摘要
介绍了一种高性能的16位单片机80C196KB控制的IGBT逆变CO2电源的主电路结构、控制系统硬件电路的基本工作原理、软件设计和焊接工艺实验.实验表明:所研制的单片机控制的IGBT逆变CO2电源,能够精确控制输出恒压特性并配等速送丝,焊接过程稳定,飞溅明显降低,控制系统线路简单可靠.
A CO 2 welding power source of IGBT inverter type controlled by the single chip microcomputer 80C196KB is introduced. The structure of main circuit of this power source, the basic working principle of the microcomputer hardware system, the design of the software and the welding process experiment are described. The result of welding process experiment shows that this power source is successful in controlling accurately the output of constant voltage and constant wire feed speed. More over, the controlling system is satisfactory in stabilizing the arc, decreasing spatter, with simple and reliable circuit, and is of high practical value.
