摘要
以木本植物巨桉无性系幼苗为试验材料,研究高温对其生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着高温处理时间的延长,叶片叶绿素含量明显降低,幼苗叶片电导率、丙二醛含量及细胞保护酶活性均有不同程度的升高。
E.grandis seedlings were used to study the physiological effects of high temperature stress.The results showed that the chlorophyll content was significantly reduced,and relative conductance rate,MDA content and activities of membrane protective enzymes were greater as the treat time of high temperature was longer.
