摘要
室内模拟淹水胁迫条件,比较了不同淹水胁迫强度和同一胁迫条件下北美鹅掌楸家系幼苗的耐淹性,并选择确定了3个早期耐淹性指标。结果表明:4个家系北美鹅掌楸幼苗耐淹性的顺序为:2号>1号>3号>4号;质膜相对透性、存活率和叶夹角等指标可以作为快速鉴定苗木早期耐淹性的指标。
The resistance to submergence in different Liriodendron tulipifera family seedlings under different stress level were compared by a pot experiment through simulation of flooding stress condition.Three appraising indexes of early resistance to submergence were determined in the experiment.The results showed that the flooding stress resistance of four families arranged from strong to weak was No.2,1,3,4.The indexes including membrane permeability,survival rate and branch angle could be used as rapid,simple and convenient appraising indexes of early submergence resistance in seedlings.
