摘要
目的分析探讨舒芬太尼在对老年患者瑞芬太尼麻醉后镇痛的剂量应用。方法选取来我院进行手术的90例老年患者,随机分成3组。结果三组患者的苏醒时间和拔管时间最长,三组患者的苏醒时间和拔管时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中三组有5例患者发生了呼吸抑制。一组有4例患者采取了再次镇痛。结论对于老年患者舒芬太尼是较为安全有效的麻醉药,合适剂量为0.06μg/kg。
Objective To explore Sufentanil in elderly patients after remifentanil analgesia dose.Methods The surgical treatment of 90 elderly patients were randomly divided into three groups.were taken to different doses of sufentauil treatment.Results Three groups of Patients with recovery time and extubation time were Significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion For eldevly patients sufentanic is a more safe and effective anesthetic.
