摘要
目的了解新疆南疆地区乡镇卫生院公共卫生功能实施状况,分析其影响因素并提出对策建议。方法采取新疆卫生资源填报系统对南疆喀什、和田地区254个乡镇卫生院进行调查。结果乡镇卫生院公共卫生功能定位不清楚,公共卫生人才队伍结构不合理,政府经费投入不足。结论从明确乡镇卫生院在公共卫生服务中的功能、完善公共卫生经费投入机制、加大农村卫生人力资源建设等三个方面提出对策建议,为政府卫生行政部门提供相关参考。
Objective To understand the situation of public health function of township health in southern area of xinjiang,this paper analyzed the reasons of existing problems and supplied some policy suggestions for public health function. Methods Using health resources data system to study current situation of township hospital in Kashi and Hetian. Results The study disclosed some problems：inaccurately of function location,lack of talented,insufficient of government finance investment. Conclusion The measures that should be taken into action as follows ：locate the functions of rural hospitals, strengthen the talents team construction, increasing the financial investment.
