摘要
目的探索影响乡镇卫生院生存与发展的关键因素,为加快乡镇卫生院的发展提供政策依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对沈阳市乡镇卫生院进行现状调查。按乡镇卫生院总收入水平的高、中、低进行分层比较,找出影响总收入的关键因素。数据用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果影响沈阳市卫生院生存能力的主要因素是固定资产、专业设备的拥有以及卫生人力的质量和数量。地方经济、医院服务半径、地区人口、服务能力也有一定的影响。结论沈阳市乡镇卫生院间收入存在明显的差异,卫生资源的质与量是影响乡镇卫生院生存能力的关键因素。
OBJECTIVE To explore the key factors influencing the survival and development of rural sanitary hospitals of Shenyang and provide some scientific basis, METHOD We surveyed the current status of rural sanitary hospitals of Shenyang by cluster sampling and found the key factors influencing total income by classified analysis. All the data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0. RESULTS The key factors influencing the survival of rural sanitary hospitalsof Shenyang are settled assets, professional equipments and the quantity as well as quality of sanitary employees. Besides, the economic situation, the area and the quality that hospital could serve and the population of served area have certain influence. CONCLUSION There are significant differences among rural sanitary hospitals of Shenyang and the key factors influencing their survival activity are the quantity and quality of sanitary resources.
