摘要
师范类大学毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是我国教育事业发展的希望,应该到祖国最需要的地方去实现自身的价值。目前教师资格准入制度的实施使师范类毕业生就业失去优势,城市中小学人满为患,农村、落后地区、西部地区师资匮乏,我国制定的一些引导师范类毕业生基层就业的措施在实施过程中有阻碍。我们应该促使师范类毕业生转变就业观念,畅通基层就业渠道,加大宣传动员力度、政府扶持力度和资金投入,引导师范生扎根基层,逐步实现教育公平。
Normal university graduates are the national valuable human resources,and the hope of the development of our country′s education career,so they should go to where it is the most needed to realize their own value.At present the implementation of the qualifications for teachers access system makes normal class graduates′ employment lose advantages.In city schools,there are too many teachers,while in rural and poor areas or in western region,schools lack of teachers.There are obstacles in the implementation of the measures which guiding graduates to grass-roots employment.So we should make normal university graduates change their employment ideas,make the ways to grass-roots employment clear,make efforts to improve government′s support and the funds to guide normal university graduates to grass-roots and realize education fair gradually.
