摘要
目的:探讨影响原发性高血压患者自我护理能力的主要相关因素。方法:对中国医科大学附属第一医院心血管内科确诊为原发性高血压的患者进行问卷调查。结果:多元回归结果显示主要影响因素从大到小为疾病严重程度、社会支持状况、是否获得健康宣教、文化程度。结论:本研究提示应根据原发性高血压患者的具体情况给予个体化、有针对性的健康教育,提高患者的社会支持水平,控制血压减轻症状,促进高血压患者自我护理能力的提高。
Objective： To explore the present situation of self-care agency of the primary hypertension and its related factors.Methods：The questionnaire method was used in the patients diagnosed as primary hypertension in department of cardiology,The First Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University.Results： The result of multiple regression showed that the main factors arranged from high to low including the severity of the disease,medical insurance,social support,obtaining health education and education level.Conclusions：In this study,the specific circumstances of individual,targeted health education should be given to prompte institutional care at all levels of patients based on hypertension level.And to improve the patient＇s social support,control of blood pressure in order to promote self-care agency.
