学前儿童家教中情商培养的误区及应对策略 被引量:5

摘要 家庭教育是学前儿童情商培养的重要途径,但是注重智力开发、轻视情商培养的现象普遍存在。家长往往缺少平等意识、责任意识和榜样意识,教育观念偏颇,教育方法简单。主要表现有五种:母鸡式教育,放羊式教育,金丝雀式教育,棍棒式教育,挡箭牌式教育。应对策略是思想重视,有意培养;文明礼貌,鼓励交往;互助友爱,学会分享;正视挫折,自立自强。可运用游戏教育法、榜样示范法、激励评价法、心理暗示法等因材施教。 Family education is an important way to cultivate pre-school children's EQ,while nowadays most parents pay too much attention on children's intellectual development,but little on children's EQ training.The paper analyses some problems existing in family education such as: lacking the sense of equality,sense of responsibility and role models,having biased education concept,simple educational methods etc.,and puts forward some correct approaches to cultivate children's EQ,for example,parents should attach importance to children's EQ training and encourage children to associate with others,share with others and to be brave in front of difficulties so that they can grow up into a self-reliance person.
