摘要
江苏科技大学张家港校区图书馆和沙洲职业工学院图书馆共同使用于2007年11月竣工的张家港大学城图书馆,两馆选择了人力、物力和财力整合于一体的融合性联盟,文章回顾了3年前两馆联盟的背景,论述了博弈论视角下,两馆组织机构及工作机制的建立,人力、物力和财力等资源运行机制的建立,概述了两馆联盟的办馆效益。
Zhangjiagang University Town library was completed in november 2007 including Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhangjiagang campus＇a library and Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology library. It is an integration alliance of integrating the people, the materials and the financial resources of the two libraries. This paper reviews the background of the alliance of the two libraries and then from the perspective of game theory discusses the establishment of the organization, the working mechanism and the operating mechanisms of all kinds of resources. Finally, it summarizes the benefits of the operation of the library alliance.
