摘要
目的建立食品中铝的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定方法。方法样品经高压密闭消解后,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对食品中铝进行测定。结果该方法在0~20 mg/L范围内呈良好线性,相关系数为0.999 9,方法的检出限为0.015 mg/L,精密度为2.0%~4.1%,回收率为96.5%~98.3%。结论该方法灵敏准确,操作简单,线性范围宽,干扰小,适用于食品中铝的测定。
[Objective]To establish the method for determination of aluminum by ICP-OES. [Methods]The samples were digested in high-pressure closed-vessel,then the solutions were analyzed by ICP-OES to determine aluminum. [Results]The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0~20 mg/L with correlation of 0.999 9,the detection limit was 0.015 mg/L,the precision ranged from 2.0% to 4.1%,and the recoveries were between 96.5~98.3%. [Conclusion]The method shows wide linear range,little interference,good precision and accuracy,and is suitable for determination of aluminum in food.
