摘要
[目的]建立测定食品中铝含量的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。[方法]采用微波消解对样品进行前处理,以乙酰丙酮(含体积分数为20%的乙醇)为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中铝含量。[结果]方法的线性范围在0~140μg/L,相关系数为0.9994。检出限为5.65μg/L,加标回收率为91.0%~95.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.71%。[结论]本方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,精密度好,适用于食品中铝含量的测定。
[Objective ] To develop a method for determination of aluminum in food by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry ( GAAS ). [ Methods ] Food samples were digested by microwave, using acetylacetone as fundicimprover, then aluminum in the sample was determined by GAAS. [ Results ] Linear range of aluminum determination by this method was 0-140 μg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 4, Detection limit of this method was 5.65 μg/L, and recovery rates were 91.0%-95.5%, RSD was 5.71%. [ Conclusion ] The developed method for determination of aluminum in food is rapid, accuracy with better sensitivity and precision.
