摘要
劳动生产率是衡量企业生产能力和竞争水平的重要指标,服务企业尤其是劳动密集型服务企业普遍存在劳动生产率偏低现象。人力资本是服务企业既具潜力又耗投入的资本,从人力资源管理角度合理进行组织设计、人员配置、专业培训、薪酬与激励和企业文化的建设能有效提高服务企业劳动生产率。
Labor productivity is an important factor to measure the production capacity and competitive power.Labor productivity in service enterprise is lower than in manufacturing enterprise.For service enterprise,human capital is the greatest potential and input capital.From human resources perspective,it is essential to establish a reasonable organization design,staffing,professional training,compensation and motivation,as well as corporate culture so that to improve the labor productivity of the service enterprise.
