精液白细胞浓度与精子顶体完整率的相关性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨精液白细胞浓度与精子顶体完整率之间的关系。方法对95例不育患者采用精液白细胞计数法检测精液白细胞浓度,采用姬-瑞染色法分析精子顶体完整率,采用WLJY-9000伟力彩色精子质检系统软件进行精液常规和动态学参数分析。结果精液白细胞浓度与精子顶体完整率呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.323,P<0.01),与精子密度、前向性STR、鞭打频率BCF呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.194、-0.199、-0.249,P<0.05)。结论精液中白细胞增多可能影响精子顶体的完整以及精子的部分动态学参数。
