摘要
以FeCl3.6H2O、AlCl3.6H2O和Na2HPO4.12H2O为主要原料,采用共聚工艺,制备了聚磷氯化铝铁(PPAFC)混凝剂。采用FTIR及SEM进行结构表征,推断磷酸根为与聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)接聚,而不是磷酸盐与PAFC之间简单的物理混合。实验结果表明,以PPAFC处理含油乳化液废水、造纸废水及受污染的河水,PPAFC的混凝效果显著优于PAFC和聚合氯化铝,在最佳加入量时,3种废水的COD去除率分别为98.2%,86.0%,86.7%。
Polymeric phosphate-aluminum ferric chloride (PPAFC) coagulant was prepared by copolymerization process usingFeCl3·6H2O、AlCl3·6H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O as raw materials. And the coagulant was characterized by IR and SEM. It is deduced that PPAFC is the graft polymerization product of phosphate with PAFC, not the simple mix of phosphate and PAFC. The experimental results show that: When PPAFC is used in the treatment of oil emulsion wastewater, papermaking wastewater and contaminated river water, its coagulation ability is greatly better than that of PAFC and polyaluminium chloride; Under its optimum dosage, the COD removal rates of the three kinds of wastewater are 98.2% 86.0%, 86.7% respectively.
