聚磷硫酸铁混凝去除微污染水中藻类生物研究

摘要 利用Fe-Ferron比色法研究了聚磷硫酸铁形态分布,以微型藻为优势藻的原水来考察聚磷硫酸铁混凝除藻性能.研究表明:磷酸根与羟基的加入顺序对聚磷硫酸铁溶液形态产生影响,先投加磷比后投加磷要好;磷酸根的加聚增加了聚合物的分子量,适量地加聚磷酸根有利于提高混凝效果;磷酸根投加量过小或过大都会减少聚合物含量或降低正电荷总量,降低混凝效果;聚磷硫酸铁的碱化度对除藻效果有很大的影响. The species distribution of PPFS is studied by Fe-Ferron timed completing spectrophotometer, and the algae removal efficiency in the coagulation by PPFS is investigated in the treatment of raw water in which the micro-algae is predominant. The main conclusions are as follows. The sequence of polymerization of phosphor acid radical and hydroxyls effects on species distribution of PPFS solution. The algae removal efficiency in advance is better than that in the sequel. The Polymerization of phosphor acid radical mainly increases molecular weight of polymers. The proper polymerization of anions benefits to improve on the removal efficiency. The polymerization of excessive anions would decrease total amount of positive charge, contrariwise, it would decrease percentage of polymer, which reduce the algae removal efficiency. The mol rate of hydroxyls to metal ions of PPFS has a great influence upon the removal efficiency.
