摘要
介绍了混凝法处理印染废水使用助剂种类及作用机理,列举了当前混凝法处理印染废水在混凝药剂的选择、混凝条件的确定以及混凝工艺单元位置的设置过程中存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了解决办法。指出,对污染物混凝去除机理不明晰、药剂选用偏保守而导致用药量大,以及混凝条件优化不系统,对其他影响因素考虑不全面等问题是当前混凝法处理印染废水存在的主要问题;建议针对具体污染物、高温、高离子强度等特点,按照混凝机理合理选择适宜药剂,并且全面优化混凝条件。
The mechanism of treating different kinds of pollutants in dyeing wastewater by coagulation was introduced. Problems from the selection of coagulants, the determination of coagulation conditions and process units were demonstrated. By analyzing the causes of these problems, solutions were put forward. It pointed out that the main problems lie in unclear treating mechanism, excessive dosage caused by conservative selection of coagulants,and unsystematic and uncomprehensive optimization. It suggested that selection of coagulants should fully consider the coagulation mechanism for specific pollutants, high temperature, high ionic strength, and the coagulation conditions.
