摘要
影响大学生学习成绩的影响因素包括智力因素和非智力因素,非智力因素中人格因素是继智力因素后的第二重要因素。人格因素中的尽责性、情感稳定、自我定向的完美主义、内在学习动机和适时自我调节学习计划等人格特征对学习成绩有正性影响,而神经质、社会定向和自我批评完美主义,外在学习动机等人格特征对学习成绩产生负性影响。
The factors affecting the academic achievement of undergraduate students include intelligence and non-intelligence factors.The personality trait of non-intelligence factors is the second most important factor after intelligence factors.The conscientiousness,emotion stability,self-oriented perfectionism,intrinsically-motivated and self-regulated learning strategies are positively related to the academic achievement,while the neuroticism,socially-prescribed and self-critical perfectionisms,extrinsically-motivated learning are negatively related to the academic achievement.
