摘要
校本课程开发可以克服国家课程和地方课程局限,有效地促进学生个性发展、教师专业发展和学校特色形成。我们在开发校本课程的过程中不可避免地会遭遇一些问题,这主要体现在:在“为何开发”上,价值认识不够;在“开发什么”上,定位急需理性;在“怎样开发”上,方法有失偏颇;在“开发怎样”上,评价缺乏建构。为此,急需采取有效对策,这表现在:统一校本课程开发价值认识是前提基础;确定课程开发范围是核心所在;寻求和谐方法是关键环节;建构评价体系是根本保障。
The school-based curriculum development is born with the value and function of overcoming limitations of the National Curriculum itself and promoting effectively students' individuality development, teachers' professional development and the forming of schools' characteristics. Being new in the educational world of China, there are some inevitable problems in pushing forward the program. They are embodied with insufficient value consciousness on "why to develop", somewhat obscure location on "what to develop", lopsided methods on "how to develop"; the misconstruction evaluation on "to what degree". Therefore, effective countermeasures should be taken. Unified understanding about the value of school-based curriculum development is the presupposition and basis. Defining the scope of the curriculum development is the core. Seeking for harmonious methods is the key. Constructing evaluation system is basic guarantee.
