摘要
分析了六堡茶的质量特色及其地理标志产品保护的关键要素,包括社会环境、气候特点和生态地理环境、生产加工工艺三大方面,并有针对性地提出了深入开展六堡茶品质风味的研究、进一步研究品质与原产地的关联因素、制定六堡茶国家标准、建立六堡茶地理标志产品保护示范区等建议。
The characteristics of quality and the essential factors of geographical indications products of Liupao Tea were analyzed,including social environment,climatic characters and ecological geographical environment,production process.According to the analysis,some proposals have been recommended which included studying the quality and flavor of Liupao Tea deeply,further studying the relationship between the quality of Liupao Tea and original regions,formulating national standard for the protection of geographical indications,setting up a national demonstration area of the protection of geographical indications products and so on.
