Preparation and Characterization of the 3A Zeolite/PI Composite Film with Adsorption Performance

摘要 采用原位聚合法制备了具有吸附特性的3A沸石/聚酰亚胺(PI)复合膜,并考察了复合膜的亚胺化程度、微观形貌、力学性能、吸附/脱附行为。结果表明,复合膜亚胺化完全、力学性能优良;3A沸石均匀分散在PI基体内,二者之间界面结合良好;水为吸附质时,分散在PI基体中的3A沸石仍能保持对水的吸附性能,且最大脱附量达23.39 g H2O/100 g3A沸石。该复合膜在吸附分离、膜分离及包装等领域中具有潜在的用途。 The 3A zeolite /polyimide(3A zeolite/PI) composite film with adsorption separation performance was prepared by in-situ polymerization,the degree of imidization,micro-morphology,mechanical property and adsorption desorption action of the composite film were studied.The results show that the film can be imidizated completely when introduce of 3A zeolite,and also the mechanical property of the composite film is excellent.3A zeolite can be finely dispersed in the PI matrix with nice interfacial compatibility.The 3A zeolite dispersed in the PI matrix still keeps on the property of water adsorption when water as the adsorbate,moreover,the maximum amount of water desorption from the film reaches to 23.39 gH2O/100g 3A zeolite.It has potential application in the field of adsorption separation,membrane separation and packaging,so on.
