摘要
目的建立教学训练层级负责制,并分析其实施效果。方法组建教学训练组织,明确各层级的职责;健全教学训练管理制度,建立激励机制,运用信息化管理。结果实施前后医院训练总人数、参训率、考核率的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。实施前后教学训练骨干护理技术考核、理论考核成绩的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 必须坚持各层级负责人员按照分工抓管理、上下衔接、互相监督、共同管理,才能形成合力使训练有序进行。
Objective To establish a hierarchy responsibility system on teaching and training,and to evaluate its implementation effect.Methods Teaching and training organizations were established and hierarchy responsilibity was confirmed.The teaching and training management system was improved and an incentive mechanism was established combined with information management.Results Significant differences were detected on the total number of training,participating rate and assessment rate before and after the implementation of the hierarchy responsibility system(P〈0.01).Significant differences were also detected on the scores of nursing skill assessment and theoretical examination of bone nurses before and after the implementation of the hierarchy responsibility system(P〈0.01).Conclusion To form a concerted effort to make the training in an orderly manner,administrators at all levels must adhere to the hierarchy management according to the division,cohesion,mutual supervision and co-management.
