摘要
通过介绍美国芝加哥大学医学中心(UCMC)临床药师培训的培训模式和带教方法,借鉴UCMC的PGY1和PGY2临床药师的培训模式和培训方法,从临床药师培训制度、查房模式、教学训练、考核方式和管理能力的培养等多方面对其临床药师培训经验进行归纳和介绍。
Through clinical pharmacists training in University of Chicago Medical Center（UCMC）,the training mode and teaching method should be introduced.We can learn the PGY1 and PGY2 clinical pharmacists training mode and methods.Clinical pharmacists training mode is introduced from the policy of clinical pharmacist training,the mode of rounding ward,the learning training,the exam method and the manage- ment skill training.
