摘要
目的建立测定麻仁滋脾丸中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Agilent Extend C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17∶83)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为283 nm,柱温为30℃。结果橙皮苷进样量在0.120 4～1.204 0μg内与峰面积具有良好线性关系,r=0.999 6(n=5),平均回收率为97.43%,RSD=0.76%(n=6)。结论该法结果简便、准确,可用于麻仁滋脾丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic（HPLC） technique for determination of hesperidin in Marenzipi Pills.Methods The Agilent Extend C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonifrile-0.1%phosphoric acid（17：83） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and 283 nm as the detection wavelength.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Hesperidin showed the good linear relationship in the range of 0.120 4-1.204 0 μg,r=0.999 6（n=5）.The mean recovery rate was 97.43%with RSD of 0.76%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be applied for the quality control of Marenzipi Pills.
