摘要
目的观察麻仁滋胃汤治疗阴虚型功能性便秘(FC)的临床疗效。方法将158例阴虚型FC患者随机分为2组,治疗组81例予麻仁滋胃汤治疗,对照组77例予麻仁滋脾丸治疗,2组疗程均为4周。观察2组疗效,治疗前后主症、出口症、梗阻症及全身症症状积分变化。结果治疗组总有效率96.3%,对照组总有效率71.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2前治疗后主症、出口症、梗阻症及全身症症状积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后主症、出口症较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论麻仁滋胃汤治疗阴虚型FC临床疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the effect of Maren Ziwei decoction on the treatment of functional constipation（FC）.Methods 158 cases of FC with yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group（n=81） received Maren Ziwei decoction.Control group（n=77） received Maren Zipi pill.The therapeutic course was four weeks in two groups.The effect was observed in two groups.The changes of primary symptoms,exports disorder,obstructive disease and systemic disease symptom score before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（96.3%） was higher than that in control group（71.5%,P〈0.05）.Primary symptoms,exports disorder,obstructive disease and systemic disease symptom score after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.01）.The decrease of primary symptoms and exports disorder in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Maren Ziwei decoction has definite effect on the treatment of functional constipation with YIN-deficiency type.
