摘要
目的完善枳实导滞丸的测定方法,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定柚皮苷与橙皮苷含量。方法色谱柱采用岛津C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以水-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长230 nm。结果柚皮苷与橙皮苷质量浓度线性范围分别为1.047～10.47μg/mL(r2=0.999 7)和0.127 5～1.275μg/mL(r2=0.999 6),平均加样回收率分别为98.46%和98.24%,RSD分别为2.66%和3.46%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于柚皮苷及橙皮苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of naringin and hesperidin in Zhishi Daozhi Pills.Methods The chromatographic column was Shimadzu C18 column,the mobile phase was water-acetonitrile for gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL /min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of naringin was 1.047-10.47 μg/mL（r2 = 0.999 7）,the average recovery rate was 98.46%,RSD = 2.66%（n = 6）.The linear range of hesperidin was 0.127 5-1.275 μg/mL（r2 = 0.999 6）,the average recovery rate was 98.24%,RSD = 3.46%（n = 6）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility,which is suitable for the quality control of Zhishi Daozhi Pills.
