摘要
在高等教育大众化、国际化和市场化趋势日益加强的形势下,研究大学办学特色的形成问题具有现实意义。大学形成办学特色不仅仅是大学工具理性和生存及市场竞争的需要,更是其价值理性和健康、可持续发展的需要。基于大学组织系统特性的分析,提出大学办学特色的形成既是设计规划与自主演化相互耦合的结果,也是内外互动、战略分析与构建的结果,为此,应从政府、大学以及市场层面等多方面去培育大学特色。
With the increasing trends of popularization, internationalization and marketization of higher education, it is very important to study about the formation mechanism of school-running characteristics of universities. The formation of school-running characteristics is not only the requires of the instrumental rationality and market competition, but also the demands of the value rationality and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of university organization, the author proposes that the formation of university characteristics is not only the results of design and planning coupled with independent evolution, but also the results of the strategic analysis and construction and the interaction between internal situa- tion and external environment. Thus, governments, universities and the market should strive to cultivate the characteristics of the university together.
