摘要
教学团队建设是专业建设与发展的关键,也是提升专业教学水平和教学质量的重要保证。通过电气工程教学团队建设,明确了团队的建设目标,改善师资队伍的学历和职称结构,增强教师的科研与实践能力,并对教学内容和教学方法进行改革与探索,提高了团队成员的综合素质,实现电气工程专业整体教学质量和人才培养质量的快速提高。
Teaching group construction is the crux of construction and development of professions,and the guarantee of professional teaching level improvement and teaching quality.Through the construction of teaching team of electrical engineering,we clearly defined the aims of teaching team establishment,ameliorated the structure of academic backgrounds and professional titles among the teaching staffs.These changes enhanced the comprehensive qualities of the teaching team,like their research initiatives and practical capabilities.In addition,through the reforms and exploration of teaching contents and teaching methods,we realized the rapid up gradation of overall teaching quality and professional cultivation level in the department of electrical engineering.
