摘要
物理模拟试验是内源微生物驱现场试验的重要组成部分。试验采用单管填砂模型,模拟胜利油田沾3块油藏条件(油藏温度60℃、压力10MPa、渗透率900×10-3μm2和矿化度8055mg/L),利用筛选出的激活剂配方,开展了不同激活剂注入量、注入方式和空气配注量下的物理模拟驱油试验。通过对产出液中的微生物群落结构和代谢产物低分子有机酸与表面张力的检测,以及对内源微生物提高采收率情况的考量,发现激活后沾3块内源微生物细菌总数大于1.1×107个/ml,有害菌SRB(硫酸盐还原菌)得到有效抑制;代谢产物低分子有机酸产生量明显增加,表面张力值大幅度下降,内源微生物驱提高采收率幅度大于6.7%,试验结果为沾3块内源微生物驱油现场试验提供了可靠的依据。
Microbial flooding physical simulation experiment was one of the integrated researches of the field experiment of indigenous microorganism flooding.Single pipe sand packing simulation model was used in the experiment for simulating reservoir conditions in Block Zhan 3(at temperature of 60 ℃,pressure of 10MPa,permeability of 900×10-3μm2 and salinity 8055 mg/L,etc.).Activators were used to optimize the activator formula by screening and optimizing method,physical simulation experiments were carried out oil displacement at different activation injection rates,injection modes and air injection allocation.By detecting microbial community structure,low molecular organic acid and surface tension test,as well as the oil recovery situation of indigenous microbes,it was found out that the total bacterial of indigenous microbial in Block Zhan 3 was more than 1.1×107/ml,and the harmful bacterium sulfate bacteria was effectively controlled.Low molecular organic acid production increased significantly,the surface tension value dropped substantially,and the indigenous microorganism flooding improves oil recovery by more than 6.7%.The experimental results provide a reliable theoretical basis for field test of indigenous microorganism flooding effect in Block Zhan 3.
