摘要
MTBE产品纯度是考量MTBE产品质量的重要指标,中化泉州石化有限公司13万吨/年MTBE装置在开工初期产品纯度一度偏低,满足不了全厂生产欧Ⅳ标准汽油的需要。本文剖析了泉州石化MTBE装置开工初期产品纯度低的原因,并提出了有效的解决办法。
The purity of MTBE was the important index of its product quality .The 130 000 t/a MTBE of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co ., Ltd.had a low purity of its product at early start , and can not meet the demand of produce Euro-ⅣEmission standards gasoline in the factory .The reasons for the low purity of MTBE unit at the beginning were analyzed , and some effective solutions were put forward .
