摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定尼可刹米注射液含量的方法。方法选用Eclipse DCB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长263 nm。结果尼可刹米在0.549～10.980 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),平均加样回收率为100.6%(RSD=1.2%,n=6)。结论本方法准确、重复性好,可用作尼可刹米注射液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination the content of Nikethamide injection by HPLC.Methods The Eclipse DCB-C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（20 ∶ 80）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 263 nm.Results The linear range of Nikethamide was 0.549~10.980 mg/mL（r=0.9993）.The average recovery was 100.6%（RSD=1.2%,n=6）.Conclusion This method is sensitive and reproducibility,it can be used for quality control of Nikethamide Injection.
