摘要
校正滴定法属于计算滴定法的范畴,可用于极弱酸或极弱碱的测定,其原理是滴定曲线上一定电位对应的滴定剂体积与待测物质的含量有确定的比例关系。通过对丝氨酸的测定,讨论了滴定剂的选择、滴定控制电位的选择及电极系统的影响等问题。该实验涉及校正滴定法的原理、氨基酸的性质、最小二乘法的应用、全自动电位滴定仪的原理和操作及计算程序的编制等多重知识和技能的综合应用,属于综合性、设计性及探索性实验。
The calibrated titration is within the category of calculated titration and could be used in the determination of very weak acid or base.Its main principle is that at some special potentials on the titration curve the volumes of titrant have the definite proportion of the content of the tested materials.By the determination of serine many aspects in the analysis are discussed such as the choice of titrant,the choice of controlled operational potentials,and the influence of electrode system.The mentioned experiment involves the integrated application of the multiple knowledge and skills such as the principle of calibrated titration,the nature of amino acid,the application of least square method,the operation of automatic potential titrimeter,and the computer programming.This practice is of the characteristic of synthesis,novelty and openness.
