摘要
本文选用α,β-聚(3-羟丙基)-D,L-天冬酰胺(PHPA)这一可生物降解的高分子作为载体,将5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)通过碳酸酯键与之结合,合成了氟尿嘧啶-聚天冬酰胺共价复合物(Fu-PHPA)。将该复合物经氧瓶燃烧法破坏后。用氟离子选择性电极测定氟离子的含量,由此计算出该复合物中5-Fu的接入量为19.20%(w/w)。此方法的平均回收率为64.5%,SD=2.8%。
Biodegradable α, β-poly (3-hydroxypropyl)-D, L-asparamide was applied as the polymer carrier to covalent 5-fluorouracil. The degree of 5-fluorouracil loading in the polymeric drug was 19.20%(w/w) through determining the concentration of fluoridion by potentiometry, which was followed by oxygen combustion. The average recovery ratio was 64.5%,SD=2.8%.
