摘要
目的:根据醋酸地塞米松中含有氟原子的特性建立氧瓶燃烧法测定醋酸地塞米松片剂含量的方法。方法:采用氧瓶燃烧法对醋酸地塞米松进行含量测定。结果:醋酸地塞米松在浓度为4.03~20.15μg/mL范围内与吸收度稂好线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.0316X+0.072(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.26%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.81%(n=6)。结论:氧瓶燃烧法定量准确、灵敏度高,可作为测定醋酸地塞米松含量的一种新方法。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of dexamethasone acetate tablets because that the dexamethasone acetate has fluorin atom. Methods:Oxygen flask combustion method was adopted to determine the content of dexamethasone acetate tablets. Results:Dexamethasone acetate has favourable linear relation with ab- sorbance when the range of dexamethasone acetate was 4.03~ 20.15 /xg/mL. The regression equation was Y = 0. 031 6X+0. 072(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99. 260//00 with the RSD of 0.81% (n=6). Conclusion:A simple and accurate method is established for determination of dexamethasone acetate tablets,this is oxygen flask combustion method.
