摘要
根据中医“湿胜则濡泻”的理论,模拟自然潮湿环境,观察大鼠肠道双歧杆菌数的改变,并与模拟寒邪、热邪、湿热、寒湿及正常进行比较。结果提示高湿组、高温高湿组及低温高湿组双歧杆菌数均低于正常对照组,有显著性意义(P<0.05),但3组之间无显著性差异。说明湿邪引起大便稀溏的发病机制之一可能与双歧杆菌数减少有关,可作为“湿胜则濡泻”的客观指标及判断祛湿药疗效的依据之一。
According to the simulation of natural damp circumstance based on TCM theory,the change of enteric bifi- dobacterium in rats was observed and was compared with simulants of Cold,Heat,Dampness-Heat.Cold-Damp- ness and normal state.The results revealed that the number of bifidobacterium in Dampness,Dampness-Heat and Cold-Dampness decreased(P<0.05).It implied that one of the mechanisms of diarrhea caused by Dampness might related to reducing of the number of bifidobacterium.It might be an objective index of“Dampness causes diarrhea”in TCM,which is used to evaluate the efficacy of Dampness dispelling drugs and recipes.
