摘要
目的:探讨潮湿环境因素对正常及脾阳虚大鼠一般情况的影响,为建立内外合邪动物模型做初步尝试。方法:选取40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、脾阳虚组、外湿组、脾阳虚加湿组,每组10只。脾阳虚组模型制作采用番泻叶灌胃,皮下注射利血平与强迫大鼠游泳交替进行的复合方法。造模后,给予外湿组与脾阳虚加湿组潮湿环境1周,于造模前后观察并记录各组大鼠的体质量、进食量、饮水量、精神活动、皮毛光泽度及大便性状并进行宏观症候评分。结果:造模后,脾阳虚加湿组大鼠体质量显著减轻,较其余3组显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。脾阳虚加湿组大鼠在进食、饮水、精神状态、毛色、大便性状等方面较其余3组发生了一定的变化。宏观症候评分较脾阳虚组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:潮湿环境因素对正常及脾阳虚大鼠的一般情况都有影响,对脾阳虚大鼠影响更为明显。
Objective：To investigate the effects of damp environment on general condition of normal rats and insufficiency of the spleen-yang rats,and to establish the insufficiency of the spleen-yang complicated by exogenous affection of pathogenic damp rat model.Methods：40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,insufficiency of the spleen-yang group,exogenous affection of pathogenic damp group and insufficiency of the spleen-yang complicated by exogenous affection of pathogenic damp group,10 rats in each group.Rats in the insufficiency of the spleen-yang group were given Folium Sennae by gavage combined with reserpine by subcutaneous injection as well as a forced swimming,in order to establish the insufficiency of the spleen-yang rat model.After modeling,rats both in exogenous affection of pathogenic damp group and insufficiency of the spleen-yang complicated by exogenous affection of pathogenic damp group were given a damp environment for 1 week.The general condition,such as body weight,food intake,water intake,mental activities,the glossiness of skin and stool were observed and recorded to mark the macroscopic symptom score.Results：The body weight in the insufficiency of the spleen-yang complicated by exogenous affection of pathogenic damp group was all significant lower than that in the other three groups（P0.01,P0.05）.The macroscopic symptoms,including food intake,water intake,mental activities,the glossiness of skin and stool,in the insufficiency of the spleen-yang complicated by exogenous affection of pathogenic damp group were different from those in other three groups.There was significant statistical difference in the macroscopic symptom score between the insufficiency of the spleen-yang complicated by exogenous affection of pathogenic damp group and the insufficiency of the spleen-yang group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The damp environment could affect the general condition of health rats as well as insufficiency of the spleen-yang rats,but the latter might be more serious.
