力量练习后血清肌型肌酸激酶变化初探 被引量:3

摘要 本文观察了体育学院学生两次力量练习后血清肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶肌型肌酸激酶(CK─MM)亚型的变化。结果表明:第一次力量练习后,血清CK总活性和CK─MM3/MM1比值均显著升高(P<0.05)。第二次练习增加了负荷量,练习后CK─MM/MM1比值也明显上升(P<0.05),CK总活性则无显著变化。提示:血清CK—MM3/MM1比值较CK总活性更敏感,能更好地反映肌组织新近的损伤和恢复情况。第一次力量练习可使肌肉产生适应性反应,减轻肌损伤的程度。
