摘要
研究发现,剧烈运动可以引起血浆中IL-6浓度大幅升高,而这些增加的IL-6绝大部分来自运动着的骨骼肌,运动引起的IL-6的增加与运动的强度及运动持续的时间有关。丹麦科学家曾认为血浆中的IL-6增加同运动性肌肉损伤有很大关系,但是这个结论引起学术界广泛争议。近年来,对于IL-6的研究已经突破了原有对IL-6在生理和病理方面作用的认识,认为IL-6作为代谢因子在骨骼肌代谢过程中起到非常重要的作用,并因此对IL-6同运动性骨骼肌损伤的关系进行重新的认识。本综述将介绍IL-6与运动性骨骼肌损伤之间研究的新观点和新理论。
Studies show that strenuous exercise could induce great increase of IL-6 level in plasma ,and most of these increased IL-6 come from the contracting skeletal muscle,while the exercise-induced increase of IL-6 level has something to do with the length of time and endurance of exercise. A Danish scientist once suggested the increase of IL-6 in plasma had much to do with exercise-induced muscle injury. However,this suggestion caused wide disputes in the academic field. Recently,studies on IL-6 have gone beyond the limitation of the knowledge of the effects on pathology and physiology. Recent studies indicate that IL-6,as a sort of metabolized gene,plays an important role in the metabolizing of skeletal muscle,so the relation betwwen IL-6 and skeletal muscle injury has been recognized with a new look. This review will introduce some new theories and views on the study of the relation between IL-6 and exercise-induced skeletal muscle injury.
