摘要 利用X射线法和小孔应力释放法揭示出电子工业用高精度不锈钢带残余应力。采用前滑区延伸差法计算出高精度不锈钢带残余应力沿板宽方向的分布,并将薄板稳定性理论与有限差分法相结合,计算出高精度不锈钢带的临界屈曲应力值。结合实际,提出了改善板形的有效途径。 Several methods,such as X-Ray and Hole-Drilling Strain Gage Method,are adopted to measure the residual stress of high accurate stainless steel strip.The difference among elongation values of strip in the forward slip zone is used to calculate the distribution of residual stress along the width of high accurate stainless steel strip.By using thin plate stability theory and finite differential method,a critical for strip buckling has been worked out.Several effective ways are suggested to control the shape of high accurate stainless steel strip.
