摘要
采用分条变形方法对铜及铜合金板带材加工过程中(轧制、退火、矫直)和分切后的残余应力进行了系统的测试及分析。结果表明:轧制后带材各部位应力分布均匀,退火和矫直后应力基本消除;分切过程中,剪切力引起挠曲,推力和撕裂力的合力导致侧弯,而扭转是这三个力联合作用的结果;分切后带材内部出现的挠曲是由于上下切环配合不良、向内的横向合力较大引起的。
The residual stresses of copper and copper alloys strips after each process step (cold rolling, annealing, leveling and slitting)are tested and analyzed by the "slitting deformation" method. The results show that the stress distribution of the rolled strip is fairly uniform, which is removed after annealing and leveling basically, and that during the slitting process the slitting force results in deflection, the resultant force of thrust and tearing forces bring about side bend, the twisting is caused by these three forces together, and the deflection inside of the slit strip is caused by the bad matching of upper and lower slitting rings, which results in the bigger lateral resultant force towards interior.
