摘要
里氏木霉C-30为菌株,经固态发酵,研究了该菌株在平板和柱式反应器的不同固态基质中的生长情况。在柱式反应器中,菌体生长的测定是用氢氧化钠溶液电导率的变化量来表达。研究发现,培养基中硫铵的过量添加会抑制菌体的生长,适宜的添加量为0.8%;玉米芯对该菌株的生长有促进作用;当麦糟与玉米芯的配比为4∶1时菌体的生长较好。
The growth of Trichoderma reesei on different soild-state substrate was studied by using plates and forced aeration soild culture equipment. The growth of the mycelium was estimated by measuring the elongation rate and monitoring CO_2 by conductance of sodium hydroxide that absorbed carbon dioxide. The cell growth was restrained by excessive ammonium sulfate in medium. Feasible accession of ammonium sulfate was 0.8%. The adding of corn core favored its growth. It was observed that the proportion of wheat grain and corn core with 4∶1 supports the optimal growth rate.
