温度对红薯酒糟沼气发酵微生物的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以红薯酒糟为原料,采用自制小型沼气发酵装置进行厌氧发酵试验。在30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃时,测定发酵过程中菌群数量的变化。结果表明,好氧产酸菌、好氧氨化菌、厌氧产酸菌、厌氧氨化菌和厌氧纤维素菌值变化最大的温度分别是30℃、35℃、45℃、30℃;最大的变化量分别为3.255、3.273、4.564、5.875、3.802;菌数一直较高的温度是40℃和45℃。 This article took the sweet potato lees as raw material, and used the self-made small methane fermentation installment to carry on the anaerobic fermentation experiment. The experimental active sludge vaccination quantity was 30% (v/v), at 30℃, 35℃, 40℃, 45℃, by measuring the number of changes in aerobic fermentation process. The results showed that: the largest changes of numbers in temperature of aerobic acid-producing bacteria, ammonification aerobic bacteria, anaerobic acid-producing bacteria, anaerobic bacteria and anaerobic cellulose bacteria amination variation were 3.255, 3.273, 4.564, 5.875, 3.802; The temperature of bacteria with higher values was 45℃. The study of the methane fermentation of microorganisms trends provide a useful reference.
