摘要
目的:探讨带教老师如何合理安排教学与临床工作。方法:应用目标教学法;运用ABC时间管理分类法;帮助护生尽快适应新环境,培养护生的工作能力和职业道德,发挥他们的辅助作用;合理利用零碎时间;加强沟通,取得护士长及同事们更好的支持;指导护生学会时间管理的方法。结果:师生双方的满意度提高,护生的学习成绩提高。结论:带教老师应注重工作方法,以提高效率、减轻压力。
[Objective]This paper discusses how the supervisory teachers keep balance teaching and clinical work.[Method] The application of target- based teaching method and the ABC time management classification.Help students adapt themselves to new situations as soon as possible,cultivate nurses working aptitudes and professional ethics and help them play a positive role as assistances.Properly utilize spare time;strengthen communication,enlist full supports from the head nurse and colleagues. Supervise nursing majors the time management.[Result]Teachers and students are more satisfied with each other man before, and there is a progress in nurses performance.[Conclusion]Supervisory teachers should pay attention to the working methods to increase efficiency and reduce strains.
